We access only the message content you send directly to our bot number. We do not access your broader WhatsApp conversations. Spendly is operated by Fastlane Enterprises.
Your data is retained for as long as you use the service. To delete your account and all associated data, send "DELETE MY DATA" to the Spendly WhatsApp number. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Spendly is a record-keeping tool. We are not a financial institution and do not process actual payments. We are not liable for decisions made based on data recorded in the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
All content, branding, and technology associated with Spendly are the intellectual property of Spendly and its operators. You may not reproduce or use our branding without written permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
